  • Rob is fantastic! I took a purse of mine to him on which I had previously had the zippers replaced by another shop and I had broken in less than a year and they refused to repair them without charging me again. He apologized on their behalf and said to leave the purse with him and would see what he could do. He called me the next day and had already repaired it (after the other place kept if for over a month) and didn't even want to charge me for it! He was nice and courteous, I will be telling everyone I know to go to him and will be taking all my stuff there too! Thank you Rob!
