  • This has been the WORST service ever. I had issues with my ac couple of weeks ago, when the tech came pointed the vents were dirty and that's why my house was 90 degrees, so we cleaned them. the problem continued... the same tech came back and didnt even look at the unit outside the house and had THE GUTS to tell me i should call as soon as the temp goes up because i waste the techs time! WHAT!!!! He didn't look at the unit or thermostat and left!! i had to call another company (air one) to solve the problem.. air one tech solve my problem and by the way was not the vent!!!! it was the compressor and a capacitor. and one more thing, if i pay i dont waste the techs time!!!!.... if the tech doesnt know how to solve the issue HE IS WASTING MINE!
