  • Faulty website ruined our vacation. Don't buy the tour tickets on line without verifying they will be open. In October we purchased tickets for the tour on Christmas Day and it specifically stated the tours were open that day. We selected the platinum tour for 2 pm and after renting a car to get there the entire place was closed. Called their office and left a message. No one was even at the guard gate.
