  • I had some issues with my original install, as soon as the owner Marilyn was made aware of this issue she went above and beyond to make it right. She sent someone out right away to fix it and also assured me that if I have any problems in the future to contact her personally and she will make it right. I appreciate this kind of customer service, it's not often that someone guarantees their work and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. Thank you again Marilyn for your prompt attention to this matter and your genuine care and concern to make it right and make sure I was happy with the result. Also, I'd like to express my gratitude to Ron as well for his patience with my busy schedule and being extremely accommodating. They made me a happy customer and I would recommend them to anyone!
