rev:text	If there was a way to give them -stars believe me, I would have. This is THE worst medical supply company on Earth and that's me being nice. This time when I ordered, I was told the usual: after you order, it will take approximately 7 business days to arrive. That was on 6/13/17. Two weeks later (approximately), they called to get the payment. I understand they need to go through our insurance and often that isn't an easy task, but I've called the insurance company and gotten an answer right then and there and I witnessed a doctor's office do the same thing. So I really don't understand why it took them 2 weeks. Back to my review...When they called to get payment, I was informed from now on, we HAVE to give them our credit card information and allow them to keep it on file, from now on. They tried to tell me their computer system is VERY secure and I wouldn't have to worry about our information being compromised. Seriously, how can they expect to keep everyone's information secure when it can't even be done at the White House? Alas, it was either give the the card information or not get the order. Great way to run a business. Oh, and we have the option of having the supplies sent to us or we can pick them up at the Las Vegas location, as long as it's before 5 pm. Our order hasn't arrived yet, but after looking at the calendar & counting the days, I don't expect them to be here until 7/13/17 (7 business days) - one MONTH from the order date and they've been using our money since 7/3/17. I really don't like the way this company does business or treats their customers. I can't even imagine how they treat their employees. Do yourself a favor and do NOT do business with them.
