  • I had an appointment with tomomi for balayage/ombré session. She was nice overall but I was very disappointed in how my hair turned out. I came in with an all over dark brown hair and I wanted an ash blonde balayage/ombré. My hair wasn't even hard to work with but you can tell her knowledge and technique to do balayage/ombré was poor. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and what I ended up getting was ugly yellow bleached hair that started really close from my roots which I didn't want. Even though she bleached my hair twice and applied toner, it looked as if she just bleached my hair. Not even close to the picture I showed her. After she was done, she didn't even seem impressed about how it turned out so clearly she knew herself that she didn't do a good job. On top of this, after 5 long hours, I paid $350 including tips after 20% off discount, just to walk out of the salon with ugly yellow bleached damaged hair. Would not recommend anyone to get their balayage/ombré done by tomomi. Seeing their instagram, I'm sure there are more knowledgeable colorists there. I really wish I had chosen a different colorist.
