  • These guys are fantastic! I have a big video project due right before the year ends and, of course, my late 2011 Macbook started crashing when I needed it most. Graphite rocks. They quoted me 3-5 days, but had it all figured out and had me back up and running the very next day! Price was very reasonable (when considering I didn't have to buy a new Mac!). And just 3 weeks earlier, their East Side location was able to help me get a new logic board replaced by Apple for Free! (Evidently there was an extended service agreement that my model qualified for and they noticed that and helped make it happen). Bottom line, these guys are WAY more pleasant to work with than standing in line waiting for the "Genius" bar. Thank you, Graphite!
