  • horrible experience. had an 8:40 flight to vegas. another flight was scheduled to go to ft. lauderdale which got delayed because the airplane did not arrive yet. Frontier decides to give the ft. lauderdale passengers our airplane. the 8:40 flight then gets delayed until 12:30PM. Next thing you hear over the loudspeaker is that they need volunteers to cancel their flights to vegas because it is overbooked. They offer the volunteers vouchers for flight credit and say that they will still be able to make it to their destination... the next day. I went up to the counter a few times. first time i got there, the attendant was just staring at her computer and would not lift up her head. This happened on numerous occasions. this was my first flight with frontier, and the last.
