  • I got multiple estimates on my pool remodel and Steve was the only one that followed up with me, came back out to my house and went over the estimate with me in detail with his manager Grant. Steve worked with me on the price and identified what upgrades I really needed vs. just trying to sell me something. Steve workers were always on time, cleaned up after themselves and I was always in the loop as to what was going to happen next. As a real estate professional, I have seen a lot of bad pool jobs and a lot of pool companies that have gone out of business here in Las Vegas with the new laws that passed in the state for disclosures and deposits. Never once did I feel that Steve was not going to complete the job to my satisfaction or was going to take my money and run. Before the last balance was paid, I received receipts showing that all sub contractors were paid which gave me peace of mind that the job was complete and everyone had been paid.
