  • I would not send my worst enemy to these guys. I have tried doing business with them multiple times and boy am I sorry. First I call in to see if they have some options for what I want...and explained my long trek to get there to ensure they were as stated. great they do...a used, a new but aged, and some new ones. they sound a bit inflexible on price on the ages and used ones, and tell me how busy they are. I should have taken that as a cue to avoid. well, I went anyway. Go in and get shown around. Decide I wanted the new aged one. Then the haggle begins taking mine on a trade and the guys goes all wishy washy on me, and can't make up his own mind. He phones a friend. after a lengthy phone call, he offers me $200 for mine stated he'd sell it for $600!! Really? I am paying your asking price for yours and then you want to take me for that? We talked a bit more and after he name dropped another customer name for the 5th time, then stated he really did not want to mention them, but he will be building that unit in a bid for them and it really is not available!!! Are you kidding me? I drove 60 miles round trip for this? These guys have no idea how to run a business, treat customers, or be professional. I would avoid at all costs. there are lost of other restaurant supply houses that want your business. and FYI, when I got there, there was 1 customer in the entire place and an empty parking lot...ya, REALLY busy. They lost my business for good.
