  • I've been a loyal customer for the past ten or so years, & ive found this place to be extremely professional and honest, which I found difficult to find in this city. Although many instances over the years they could have ripped me off, they were honest and even made minor adjustments to my cars over the years for free. when something does go wrong, I noticed their prices are a little higher than many discount shops (but not as bad as the dealerships), but if you look in the garage, you'll see you're paying for quality mechanics vs the clueless, untrained mehanics I've found in some other shops who did more harm to prior cars of mine than good. I can't speak for other ted wiens locations as I've heard bad things about other locations but I can say this one on west cheyenne is top notch. as a side note, when they do oil changes, they will thoroughly inspect your car. luckily my current car usually has no problems 9 out of 10 times but sometimes they'll fine something which I appreciate. obviously you don't have to fix it if they find something that's not a big deal but I can say from experience this isn't one of those shops that make up fake problems during the inspection.
