| - Two stars ONLY because I really, really liked my sales consultant Ryan P.. I was very open from the beginning of the process about what I wanted and what my credit looked like. So the day came that the car I wanted finally shows up and I go down, wasting three hours of my day only to be told that we would have to wait until the next day. The next day, I am told we would need to get the car financed in my co-signers name only, which was fine. But here's the best part, and please read this carefully because you'll think you're reading it wrong and you're not!! Then I was told that they didn't want my trade in (a 2012 Hyundai elentra that I bought new and is in excellent condition) so I should just "give it back". Wait! What?!! so I ask, what do you mean "give it back"? He responds, "It's a volunteer repo and after a year you can finance anything you want".... I have NEVER had a car repossessed in my life and I don't intend on doing it now, my payments are current I can afford my car, why would I do a volunteer repossession, just because they don't want it.. So I go to Planet Hyundai, they get me financed and took my car as a trade in NOT a repossession! If you do find yourself at ABC Hyundai, be very careful! Or better yet, find another dealership.
It's important to note, it's easier to get financed with a more established, bigger dealership ABC Hyundai is none of these things.
