Called this store twice before requesting a number to speak with a live representative. I called today after misplacing the number, and was provided an automated number. I called back, and asked for a number to speak with someone real, as the automated system is unable to assist my specific need. The girl who answered (who happened to be the manager) said she has no number to provide to reach a live person for Sprint. To confirm if this was truth, or just some BS to get me off the phone, I called another sprint store. The lady who answered, 1. Asked what my specific need was, and 2. Was able to provide a number to speak with a Live Rep. Funny.
This sprint store is either full of ASU brats, or employed with people who aren't aware what customer service is. The manager here needs to take some management classes, and quit playing dumb.
