  • Horrible experience. Its not worth whatever they "say" the price is. I was told to go meet a guy that looked like a mobster in the parking lot because they wouldn't accept my Arizona drivers license for some unknown reason. The car they offered looked like someone had been murdered in the back. My family of 5 (baby, toddler, little one, wife, and myself) and our Christmas was literally almost wrecked by these scammers. Just because they were somehow in expedia's database of vendors does not mean they are legitimate. This is a shady company and you should keep on looking. On the upside i went to enterprise and explained my experience with fox and they helped my family and i out to a whole other level. Their customer service was amazing and they helped us out and came through in our limited budget.
