  • The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. My only issue is that the item I want is not always in stock. Many times I am looking for something for my client that I need the next day and they are out of it. So frustrating. From what I understand, the ordering is done by CosmoProf headquarters and the local retailer has no say in what is ordered except in the case of a special order. Even with a special order sometimes the headquarters will not be able to get it. I'm giving my review 5 stars for cleanliness and kindness and minus 2 stars for not keeping the inventory up.
