  • We came into the store and there was a really long line. Which is fine it's a lunch rush. We wait about 10 minutes and finally check out and order chicken tenders, pay, and wait another 5 minutes for our order. When we go to get it it's just a platter with our big Mac and 2 order of gets and the manager rudely tells us they don't do chicken tenders anymore offering nothing and just handing us our tray. My friend then says well can you give me something similar or a refund because I already paid. She rolls her eyes and offers 10 piece nuggets which we take. We sit down and he realizes they didn't give him the sauce and when asked for it she slammed it down on the counter. This was just terrible customer service and we will never come back.
