If you want to eat at one of the best brunches in Las Vegas, this is one. It's not cheap. Make sure you have reservations and make sure you bring your appetite. Here when you get served water, it's Perrier, the champagne is Perrier Jouet..not the flower bottle but it's very nice. Sure they have whole cracked lobster as does several places but here you'll get Sturgeon cavier, Chilean Sea Bass, crab, lamb, an omelet station, etc.
