  • Papi Queso is one of my favorite Gourmet Food Trucks. I have had three of their sandwiches to date and I like each one better than the next. Today it was the Jack Turkey: roasted turkey, pepper jack, shaved red onion, banana peppers and basil. With a side of their kick-ass tomato soup- its the perfect lunch. YUM!! The only sandwich I didn't love was the Pig Mac but that is only because I don't care for smoked meat, but seriously? mac n cheese on a grilled cheese? Again, YUM!
