WHY IS IT...
...that many complain about STARBUCKS and their size and scope, yet competitors fail to equal their customer service.
Almost every time I give someone else a chance whether it's an indie coffee shop or a competitor such as Coffee Bean, I hear things like this from my visit to this store today...
"Oh, that dark roast will take 5 minutes, but I can do an Americano, or perhaps you'll take the light roast?"
No...
If I wanted that, I would have asked for that.
I will take my $1500 annual expense on my walkabout coffee drinking elsewhere.
You LOSE Coffee Bean :(
If you want my business, you have to keep up with my coffee needs which aren't demanding at all.
