  • First time here for a business lunch. I didn't spend a lot of time studying the menu. Settled on their bangers and mash although I really thought bangers were more English than Irish. Thankfully I asked for the smaller portion size. This was too rich for my palate. The sausage casings were tough. The sausage filling was greasy. Yeah, I know, I ordered sausages so what was I really expecting? I'd likely been better off with corned beef. I'm thinking this place is more for groups wanting good, cold beers in a comfortable place to enjoy a happy hour or a weekend day/night away from the stresses of work.
