  • Hitting my streak of bad service at the Treasure Island again. Got Mani and Pedi service from their spas. Checked in and found out that does not give me access to facility. Have to pay an additional $17 to access the spas facility. You would think they charge $80 for gel mani and $75 for pedi that they would give you free access. The girl at the check in was very good at trying to charge you additional. I think they are trained to do that. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before I come to this place. If you read reviews they always try to charge extra and the girls at check in and out are the worst as trying to say you are wrong and simply don't care if you have. Good experience or not. Please go else where if you want to enjoy your self without getting pissed off.
