  • Worst experience ever. I decided to make a scheduled appointment for 1:00 pm. Upon my arrival at 12:53 pm , I let them know I had an appointment at 1:00 pm. The manager told me " I don't have time to do your Oil change". I told him I drove 45 minutes to make it to the appointment because I had the appointment at 1:00 pm he said" not my fault, I don't have the time do your oil change". I am VERY upset that I drove this far I had an appointment and they did not have the decency to call me before I came and tell me they did NOT have the time to do the oil change, but they had the time to be talking and laughing in the front desk. I called, as soon as I left, asking to speak with the manager, but josh answered, and told me he was the manager and told me he had already told me that he had no time to do my scheduled oil change. I asked for a number to talk to someone and give my complaints, but he gave me a number that didn't work. I want to talk to someone and I want an explanation on why my scheduled appointment was not completed. Worst EXPERIENCE of my life. Do not go to this or any good year tires location. If I could give negative stars I would most definitely put it at negative 1
