rev:text	The facility was clean and I liked them until I tried to cancel.. just got off the phone with a man who told me the owners name was David. David the guy you have working there today (at 3:30pm on Tuesday December 13th 2016) was kind but quickly overly ridged and unsympathetic to my requests. He pissed me off by repeating himself over and over and not providing a name or contact info for someone that can help me. I would like you to reach out to me please. I paid for and satisfied my one year contract that ended back in September I want to stop paying. Please fix this for me and show all of your potential customers on Yelp that you are an ethical business owner. Thank you.
