  • Came in last night with the thought that my daughter broke her ankle at school. I walk in and the two woman at the front desk were not friendly. I asked a simple question, if they did x-rays. She looked at me like I had asked the dumbest question. (Sorry, first time x-ray question for me.) I then asked if they had a wheelchair that I could use to escort my daughter into the facility. The gal went into the back and said the gentleman would be right out with it. Ten minutes later still standing there and my daughter is in my vehicle waiting on me to get her into the facility. I walked out. The female staff members were unpleasant, the place doesn't look very clean. I went to Banner Urgent Care on 43rd and Bell and got amazing service.
