  • Had a great experience at Steel Valley Roasters. The owners are super friendly and welcoming, excited to share the origins of the coffee shop and the roasting process. They are very knowledgeable on how to roast beans the proper way to maximize taste and fullness, and therefore typically have medium roasted coffee for this . True to their description, their coffee is rich tasting and satisfying. I highly recommend trying their brew!
