rev:text	I was in a really bad car accident at the end of December. The guy hit us from behind at 50 mph while we were stopped on 77s by Lake Norman and threw us into another car. For those of you that know that area, it's stop start traffic because everyone that hasn't visited Charlotte hasssss to look at the water. By mid January, I had gone to 12 doctors appointments in 15 days and the pain was not improving. My left shoulder, my neck, and my back were all locked up. I was on pain meds after pain meds, and over all the X-rays and MRI tests. Since my car was totaled in the accident, my husband and I were sharing a car, so I drove him to the Planet Fitness and saw the clinic right next to it. I called the clinic, they just happened to have availability right then, and I took it as a sign and went. I met Dr. Marcia, she did X-rays and walked me through the issues she thought I was having due to the accident, and then asked me to come everyday to whip my body back into shape. For two weeks now I've been going pretty much everyday (except for Sunday's because they're closed). It's a huge commitment, but let me tell you...Dr. Marcia and team are miracle workers. Slowly, I've started to get more movement in my neck and shoulder, my headaches have gone from one big constant pain, to sporadic ones, and I've been finally able to sleep more than 4 hours from the pain. They do X-rays, ultrasound technology, traction, adjustments, and bodywork. I'm so glad I found a trustworthy and highly recommended chiropractor. I'm a runner and was devastated I couldn't work out. It was throwing off my anxiety and stress release. Dr. Marcia listened to my concerns, explains everything in a way I understand, and makes me feel like I'm a valued person instead of just a case number. She's gotten me to where I can do light cardio in two weeks, and that's making me feel finally like I'm starting to get back to myself. I HIGHLY recommend the clinic!!! If you're in pain, do NOT wait. OH and see Dr. Marcia. All the other chiropractors are awesome...I'm just biased because she's my treatment provider :)
