  • I was given. Car with a broken drivers seat, we did not have enough time to turn around and replace it due to an event. I tried calling their local office for over an hour to no avail and had no help with their 800 staff. I had to drive 4 hours in an uncomfortable seat and still haven't received any resolution. Very frustrating
