I would give a 0 if I could. My apartment complex had a CenturyLink stand for tenants to check out CenturyLink and present their current competitor bill and switch over to their service. The representative offered me a service $10 less per month than the one I already have. Told me that the tech will come on Monday from 9-1. I called CenturyLink to see if I could self install because the tech was still not around near 11 am. They said that no matter what, I needed a tech to come out (didn't need to do that for the current cox internet I have). So I waited and the tech never showed up. Huge inconvenience considering getting any errands done after 1 pm means roasting at over 100 degrees outside, which was my reason for trying to self install earlier in the morning. Now I am at work the next day and get four phone calls in a row from CenturyLink verifying my request for internet. No voicemail was left, they just kept bombarding my phone with calls while I was on the other line with my boss. Unprofessional behavior, regret wasting the time with the rep in the first place.
