  • Wow. This dealership went above and beyond making the worst experience I have ever seen buying a car. My sister bought a car that they had her sign for a fair price with the salesman. After she went through financing they added almost $4500 in extra costs! She was completely confused when signing because the finance guy told her it was mandatory with the loan she was getting. Then of course he kept changing the story when she would question items. Then told her it wasn't that much more per month. She returned the vehicle the next day and the finance manager told her after she tried explaining why she was returning the car "let me stop you right there. My finance guy didn't confuse you" oh really?! Please tell us why since you weren't in the room. He then told my sister to quite down or he would call the cops. She said "fine call them". We walked out after he said "get out of my office" so we left and went around the corner and realized he never signed any paperwork that said she returned the car. We actually called the cops to escort her back on property since my sister was scared since he yelled at her to leave the property. The cop said "they actually tried that same tactic with me" she did get her written statement that said she returned the car. (Thank you Chandler Police!) This Dealership has a nice face but on the inside deep in the heart of the dealership called finance. They are greedy Assholes. I highly UN-recommend them.
