  • Used to go here when it was Nationwide, and tried several other local and national optical stores over the last 5 years. Am convinced there are no local optical businesses that are moderately priced and do good work, and another national chain is basically overpriced and second rate in both fitting and making the lenses. Just got a new pair yesterday, and for the first time in 5 years I can see clearly. Don't bother to shop around the Phoenix area for a hometown optician as I found it a complete waste of my time and eyesight. VisionWorks, I'm back to stay!!
