  • This is by far the worst car dealership that I have ever been too. My husband purchased a used 2013 Ford Fusion from Bill Luke Fiat. The seatbelt in the back seat broke so we took it to Earnhardt to fix because it was still under warranty. My scheduled appointment was at 7:00 AM. I received a phone call at around 12:00 saying they may not be able to her to my car because they were backed up but they would give me a rental. We waited about 30 minutes before they had out car ready and the car was filthy! The next day I figured I have my car back some time in the afternoon but the afternoon came and I had to call to find out what was going on. Well my car was ready but no one called me. When I got there to return the rental...OMG....Worst service ever. They literally took 40 minutes. I was furious!!! I was so happy to get my car and get out of there. Stay far away from this place if you can!
