rev:text	I visited Dermatology Care of Charlotte at the Indian Trail location two times and after being fed up at the second visit I left this practice. I initially went into the practice to receive help with a few "red spots" on my face caused by some pimples. I did not pick or pop at these but for some reason when they would finally go away, they left an ugly red mark. I went in to see Dr. Grattan and was sorely disappointed when she gave me no solution or at least advice on the situation. It was some time before I went back in with MORE red marks that would not go away, it was completely embarrassing and I felt like I couldn't go anywhere without wearing makeup to try and hide them. So I went back to try and see if I could finally get some help and she said the same exact thing she said before, "wait it out." I'm sorry but if I'm coming back with the same problem, actually an even worse problem, and you still continue to tell me to wait it out rather than prescribe me a topical gel or cream that could potentially help me?! I'm sure Dr. Grattan is a good person, but I would not recommend going to see her for help with acne/mark issues. After that visit I made an appointment with Charlotte Dermatology in Matthews and I am SO happy I switched!!! The Physician's Assistant, Mr. Rodriguez, was such a help and said he was going to do everything he could to help me with my issue and since going there they have lightened up!!! The nurse, Tonya, was very nice and funny too. I have referred several people to Charlotte Derm and they are just as happy as I am.
