  • This place sold me a 9 week old Rottie that almost died within the first week. A day after I brought my puppy home she was vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, not eating, and not moving. We brought her to the "vet" in which pet pros covers. The problem with their vet is if the dog is extremely ill and needs overnight care this vet office cannot accommodate. They don't have people in their office overnight. The vet recommended an emergency vet clinic. I decided to take her to my home vet. Both vets gave her a small chance of survival. After 4 days and 3 nights of hospitalization she made it out. Our total bill was $2400 dollars. Within a week of owning this dog we had spent almost $5000. We paid about $2400 for her plus we bought their package that included a kennel and food. I called pet pros to discuss this issue with them and the girl was rude and had an awful attitude. I asked for the owner to call me and she told me the owner doesn't make calls. I also asked her to look into the breeder they received the puppy from and she said they use them all the time. I suggest to anyone looking to purchase a puppy to find a reputable breeder online or in state.
