  • My Daughter's Father took her to the Pineville location today. She got 6 braids going to the back. When I say it looks horrendous! It looks like she have had the braids in for over 2 months! The braid are shabby, uneven and not the same length. Mind you, it took them over 2 hours for this horrible style that should have taken no longer than an hour. When he inquired about the mess on my daughter's head, they responded that they did not have all the product in to make her hair lay down. I'm no beautician but I do know that braid neatness is not based on product! I know this is a 'beauty school' but management should have stepped in at this point. They should be absolutely embarrassed that they sent my child out of their salon looking a hot mess!!!! We did not get what we paid for! We actually should not have paid anything! This was a complete waste of time and money that they will not receive from us again! Thanks for nothing!
