  • burger was good but the service sucked. The name of the place is Ketchup and what is the one thing they didn't have Ketchup, asked for Ketchup after the server dropped the food and ran back to talking to another young customer, she was more interested in getting a date then waiting on paying customers. The Bartender didn't even know where they kept the ketchup but found 4 "Packs" of Ketchup not a bottle. The service is like a cheap fast food joint but the prices are like for a steak house, $23.01 for a Swiss and mushroom Burger and tater tot with a draft beer. worth $12 tops. Never once came back to see if everything was OK and the bartender never asked me if I wanted another beer as it was empty for half my meal. Will never return and tell everyone to go else where. After reading the review it seems as the management does read or care about the service.
