  • My wife and I went to Vegas for her birthday and took a late night flight. (1:30am) We usually rent from Ez Rent A Car but there was no one at the counter. We had to go to the garage where a clerk was located in a kiosk. Yari pushed a bunch of buttons on her computer and said the price was going to be $177 for a day and a half? Wtf? Really? I said cmon Yari, we always rent from here and we never pay that much. She said she was only allowed to give us the Full Size cars. We told her never mind and went to Payless and spoke to Janet. She was amazing! She gave us a way better price and included the damage coverage! Even the clerk in the garage was extremely efficient and polite at 2 in the morning! I wish I got his name. Payless and Janet have earned our business from now on. Thanks Janet!
