  • I was in town for business and I had hard drive failure as soon as I got to my hotel . My company s IT department referred me to visit this facility so they could help me quickly . They were very patient with me since I don t know much about IT stuff ,Alex the tech guy worked on my computer while he communicated with my company s IT dept, Alex fixed all the issues right away and even our company s IT guy was very happy with their services, super knowledgeable staff. If I m ever back in Charlotte with IT problems , we will definitely use them again.
