  • I arrived at 10:30 for my 11:00 new patient appointment with the completed paperwork in my hand. (You can print online) I was greeted as I signed in. The woman at the front desk called me up after about 15 minutes. She was very kind, and checked me in. I waited some more and was called back at 11:30am. They weighed me and took my blood pressure, the woman was very personable, I wish I got her name. Then she showed me to my room, told me to get undressed and wait for the nurse practitioner. I waited for 25 minutes for the nurse to come in for my exam. The nurse's name was Celeste. She was very nice and informative. The exam itself took less than 20 minutes. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for that type of appointment!
