rev:text	I wish their front office staff was more caring about the pet owners. I have been on hold for 10 minutes and counting because I am asking about bringing my dog back in because her nails weren't trimmed short enough. She has a procedure done yesterday and I had extra X-rays done but the vet was already gone by the time I picked her up... but they haven't even called me back yet to discuss anything. I'm not going back and you shouldn't either...
