  • We wanted to have a nice cup of coffee and a doughnut, we were looking on UBEREATS and seen the Pinkbox menu. Looked real good. Filled my cart on UEats but decided to go there in person instead for a relaxing afternoon. We arrived and tried to order what was available 6 minutes ago according to ubereats and the store did not have them. These were your Birthday Cake Crunch, Maple bacon Crodoughs...SOLD OUT! So I ordered other items that were there and was still determined to have a relaxing coffee and doughnut....well....NO COFFEE...Really....what do you have in stock and ready? Doorknobs, silly putty, widjets? Well certainly not the "recommendations" from your website and marketing campaigns. I had the long doughy very stale, plain baple and macon....was not good...never had my coffee....Why try to be a business like this if you are very often (according to other yelps) sold out of you flagship products? Not a fun or good experience for us.
