  • At first I thought this place was going to be great. They scheduled my estimate quickly and then scheduled my repair day just as fast. Was told it would take 3 to 4 days unless they uncovered more damage when they took it apart but, they would keep me informed. Well...they never kept me informed. I was the one calling every couple of days to get a statis update and Everytime more days were added and of course they said they would keep me informed. Long story short, they had my car for 3 weeks and 3 days. Even when I showed up the day after they said it would be done, it wasn't done. I had already turned in my rental and had to take a 30 dollar lyft ride home. Did they offer to reimburse that, no. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I felt a little bad for the mechanic that had to give me his sob story but, I was not impressed at all.
