It's funny that visiting 2 years later, I experienced the exact same situation as Barbara D., we came here interested in actually purchasing a vehicle, and stood in the showroom waiting with no help. The female receptionist greeted us with a "How are you?" and then proceeded to go back to her seat. Walking past multiple sales people, not even a glance or smile. Perhaps, before trying to aid someone in making a huge purchase such as that of a car, they could take some human decency courses in manners and actual customer interaction. Don't know if its worth going to another Lexus or just purchasing a competitor's vehicle instead, since so far I'm not impressed.
