  • The staff in this office doesn't even deserve half a star. Never had an issue with billing until I got one for almost $400. Called every day asking to reprocess claim (put on hold a thousand times, left a thousand messages) no one even bothered to call back. A month later got sent to collection. They now say they can't discuss anything, deal directly with the agency. The receptionists are a joke. Rude and never do what they say they will. It's a shame. Filed a claim with the BBB.
