rev:text	***UPDATE! Since our first experience with Ballstaedt Law Firm, Mr Ballstaedt and his team have gone above and beyond to help us complete our case. I just want to say THANK YOU! We interviewed several places before choosing this location. YES we had a BAD experience at first, but after talking to Mr Ballstaedt himself things got better. We had to also work with them on our car situation and again they went above and beyond! Mary and Brooke were also in contact with us through the whole process. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs needs help with their bankruptcy needs ***************************************************************** My Partner and I went here because we were told they would work with us on our bankruptcy. We did get good service in the office, the Staff in the office was very professional, Mr Ballstaedt was very nice and courteous as well. The lady (Laura) that answers the phone is VERY rude to you, is very snippy, grouchy, and rude. I would have given a 5 star rating but to me the one who answers the phone is the first impression you get for the company. I talk to Brooke and Mary at times as well and they are both very nice and willing to answer your question. In my opinion though this is a great place to help you out, they just need a someone else answering the phones. I called today again for some questions and Laura answered the phone with a pissy attitude and was just unprofessional with her attitude.
