  • I would have given this place 5 stars based on the customer service of the two gentleman in flooring, BUT (lol) my cashier killed the vibe. Long story short when you want to get a quote for flooring you set up a measure first and you do it in the back in the flooring section, they then give you a piece of paper that you take to a cashier to pay for said measure. SO... I took that piece of paper up to the front and the first thing my cashier says is, "ewww laminate?!" .... uhhh WHAT?! .... I just stared at him with the weirdest look on my face and eventually hesitantly said yessss. He then asked if I was remodeling a trailer, (omg) I said no my bedrooms and needless to say things got pretty awkward. I nicely told him you probably shouldn't say that to people. He then tried redeeming himself by saying that where he was from and where he grew up that they only used laminate in bathrooms and trailers.... NICE! Thanks! My guess is that he was thinking linoleum because I'm not sure who puts fancy a** laminate in a trailer but I digress. Good lord.
