  • Worked with Andy on my service. We recently purchased a new-used vehicle that had about 40k miles on it. Learned in my service they hadn't done the routine maintenance. Andy showed me what was missing and recommended we reach out to the dealer. Instead of spending the $$$ he outlined for me what was needed and recommended I make a call first. Then if the dealer didn't do their part, I could come back and see him vs trying to do it first and having less leverage w the dealer. Then he gave me his number at cobblestone and his cell if I had any questions. The service he provided was outstanding. Very friendly and honest. I appreciated that! Later he found me in the seating area and brought me a lost earring they found that he dug out of the vacuum for me. Thanks Andy! You rock!!!!
