  • 5 stars for fun, ZERO stars for time spent waiting. They tell us that it's up to an hour waiting in line once you get upstairs... as it turns out, we had 8:40pm reservations and we took of at 10:45. It was an OUTRAGEOUS amount of time. I also informed them that I have arthritis and that standing for a long period of time is very painful and they had literally no options for disabled people. I understand that I'm doing something which requires full control over my body, but that doesn't mean that they cannot accommodate for people with disabilities. Don't tell people it's up to an hour wait, and then make them wait for 2. It's just rude.
