  • A first class representation of the real estate management industry. My wife and I lived in a rental property managed by TerraWest for 2.5 years here in NV. Never once did we experience an issue or hang-up regarding maintenance needs for the house. We had never rented before, so we did not know what to expect from a real estate management company. The previous tenant of the rental house we moved into spoke very highly of TerraWest and how responsive they were to any maintenance problems he may of had. My property manager, and her team, were prompt and friendly with every interaction we had over the course of the subsequent 2.5 years we were in the property. I simply would send an email if there was a problem (plumbing, AC, appliances, etc.) and within 24 hrs (most of the time within 30 minutes) there was a response detailing who will be calling me to set up a service visit or how to resolve the problem myself. Truly, the professionalism that the TerraWest staff provided me and my family over the course of our tenancy was incredibly refreshing. Our experience, with this being our first rental, was exceptional and had we not bought the rental (TerraWest was instrumental there, too), I would have searched exclusively for another TerraWest managed property.
