After prepaying and confirming my appointment two weeks ahead of time, they "lost" my appointment and could not accommodate me coming in for my massage that was twice confirmed. I had paid for a babysitter for that time and the best they could do was reschedule or refund my appointment. So I'm left more stressed out and got $29 refund for the massage they "lost" but am out the $45 for my babysitter. Their response "sorry this has been happening with our system and other clients too". Save the frustration and the money go somewhere else there's a good chance they will "loose" your appointment too.
