  • Had an appointment was seen, after Daisy helped with everything I needed very nice young lady!, unfortunately had a bad experience with LUNA very rude she forgot to collect the co-pay at time of visit on Saturday I got a call from her later that evening letting me know she forgot to collect the co-pay she said I had to deal with Daisy kept me on hold for over 10 min, I hung up and called back she answered and I gave her my debit card info 3 times she was unable to take the numbers correctly had to repeat my self several times she put me on hold never came back to the phone line, I hung up 5 minutes later she left a voice mail on my phone saying if I didn't make the payment she would send my account to collections for $15.00 UNBELIEVEABLE!!!...I never refused to make the payment however she couldn't take debit card correctly and now threatening me to send my account for $15 to collections!! very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!!
